Here we have a bundle of high-quality white sage, hierba Santa, and mullein.

This is said to be very cleansing. Hierba Santa in Spanish means "holy herb." It has been used in places like Mexico for a long time to relieve and treat various respiratory ailments.

White sage in combination with hierba santa and mullein is used in cleansing rituals, to cleanse your home, your crystals. It is said to remove negative stagnant energy from both yourself and your home. It is also believed to have spiritual properties and is said to be used to heal emotional wounds after a difficult relationship/s.

It spreads a lovely atmosphere and is wonderful to use, for example, before you meditate, do yoga, heal, or if you want to invite your friends for a bohemian evening at home filled with good vibes ♡

How do I use this?

You gently light one end, and when smoke comes from it, you can use your hand, feather, or paua shell to wave and direct the smoke where you want it to go. Take the opportunity to set a strong intention in light and love and remember to cleanse your precious crystals and stones too.

You can say a mantra or visualize how the smoke from the blue sage removes all negative energy, cleanses and frees you and your home so new positive vibes can take their place.

It is important that you extinguish it against a fireproof surface such as a paua seashell and make sure that the bundle is extinguished and no embers remain.
